After over 10 years of importing Italian food products for some of the largest retail stores and food service companies in the country, we decided to start our own brand that we felt was faithful, honest and what Italian food should be.

After looking at the majority of the Italian food brands on the shelves at our local food stores, we realized the quality was sub-par for the asking price and that many of these companies were “resting on their laurels” from when they were originally founded, 10-20 years ago (You know what we’re talking about).  In our eyes, just because a can of tomatoes, a bottle of olive oil or a pack of pasta has a name that ends in a vowel or a pretty picture of Italy, doesn’t make it Italian. 

On the opposite side of the spectrum, there are some very high quality products that are wonderful, but they’re not easy to find and they end up being pretty expensive for an everyday family meal. 

Our vision is fairly simple.  We want to offer honest Italian food at an honest price.  We’ve spent the time researching and meeting the families, farmers, producers and manufacturers behind each of our products.  We know what good, simple food is and we know it doesn’t have to cost a lot just because it’s “Authentic”.       

Fedeli products are made using 100% Italian ingredients that are All Natural, Non-GMO and Fully Traceable.  We know where our products come from and what goes into them.
