FEDELI WAS FOUNDED ON A SIMPLE PRINCIPLE:

Honest Italian food at an honest price.

After over 50 years of importing Italian food products for some of the largest retail stores and food service companies in the country, we felt that the “price-to- quality” ratio for Italian food was all over the map.

We noticed that many brands have no direct relationship with their Italian manufacturers and, as a result, there is little to no consistency or traceability in their products.

So we decided to start Fedeli. A brand that is faithful, honest and what Italian food should be.

We partner directly with Italian manufacturers that meet our quality and traceability standards. We’ve met the families, farmers, producers and manufacturers behind each of our products. We know what good, simple food is and we know it doesn’t have to cost a lot just because it’s “Authentic”. Lastly, each of our partners owns an equity stake in Fedeli, which helps make sure everyone’s interests are aligned.

Fedeli products are made using 100% Italian ingredients that are Non-GMO certified and fully traceable.
