For Fedeli pasta, we partnered with a Pastificio in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy that’s been producing pasta for over 140 years. Our pasta is made using 100% Italian durum wheat and is Non-GMO certified, bronze cut and fully traceable from “field-to-fork”. Our state of the art facility was completed in 2011 and has full Organic and Whole Wheat capabilities.
